Foundations of Sex Therapy Course
Are you interested in learning about the foundations of sex therapy? Are you an individual or couples therapist who wants to learn how to talk about sex and intimacy with your clients? Foundations of sex therapy is a great starting point for folks looking to gain education and introductory clinical skills to work with clients surrounding sexuality. This course will cover education surrounding sexual identity, defining pleasure, understanding fantasy, sex therapy tools, and using somatic psychotherapy with sexual issues. The course will meet virtually on Tuesday evenings from 4-6pm mtn time for 8 weeks starting 2/10/2026 and ending 3/31/2026. The meetings will also be recorded and sent out after every session. There will also be 2, 1 hour case consultation groups after the course.

Cost: $700. I will have limited discounted slots at $500 for LGBTIA2S+ and BIPOC folks. Please inquire about these slots.

Coty Noin is a Queer sex and relationships therapist.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and AASECT certified sex therapist residing in Colorado. I specialize in working with individuals and couples surrounding issues like sexual and relational trauma, exploring sexual pleasure and desire, conflict and communication skills, identity exploration, and recovering from purity culture. I created the foundations of sex therapy course because I feel the desire to share all of the education I have gained surrounding modern sex therapy in the past 5 years.
